Loan Program for Business Members

New for 2010, a Zero Interest loan for energy efficiency upgrades

This program is to help businesses make energy efficiency improvements in their properties. Perfect for lighting upgrades, replacing old inefficient HVAC equipment, loading management systems, almost anything. This is a pilot program with limited funds and is subject to change without notice.

Approval of the loan is based on the following:

• Must be a Co-op member for at least one year
• Must own the property
• No more than two late payments in the last year
• Project has to have a reasonable rate of return
• Secured by a lien on the property
