Member Services

SSVEC offers the following services to our members. Click the links to the left (in the Quick Links section) for more information about setting up new services or requesting line extensions.

	New Services: To receive initial service, you must make application for membership, pay a $5.00 refundable membership fee and any required deposit; agree to pay charges for electricity used at applicable rates or the monthly minimum; and agree to comply with the Articles of Incorporation, the cooperative's Bylaws, rate schedules, and Rules and Regulations as adopted by SSVEC Board of Directors and approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC).
	Billing Information: Bills are due upon the due date printed on the front of the bill. Any account that remains unpaid for more than fifteen (15) days after the due date is delinquent and subject to a late charge and service disconnection, according to SSVEC’s tariffs. SSVEC uniformly enforces its collection policy, which includes interruption of service when appropriate under the tariffs.
	Line Extensions: Service is available to all customers and potential customers located along existing distribution lines within the boundaries of the certificated area in which SSVEC operates. Service requiring line extensions is also available to any customer or potential customer located any place within SSVEC's certificated area.
