The All Electric Home Rebate Program

For NEW site built home:

• $1,500 paid to buyer if buyer requests an all electric home

For Conversion of existing gas home to all electric:

• $1,500 paid to homeowner for the conversion

For Manufactured Home on permanent FHA or VA Foundations*:

• $1,000 paid to buyer

For any of the above rebates:

• Eligible for additional $500 Heat Pump rebate if over 14 SEER
• NOT eligible for separate electric water heater rebate

*Manufactured Homes in communities or lots where they do not own the land are not eligible
