Take the Sky Islands Summit challenge and climb one, two, or three peaks in the Huachuca Mountains. All participants will get an awesome swag bag, bragging rights, and amazing views from the top! Transportation from the City complex to the trailheads is provided.
One Summit: Carr Peak (9,236 feet)
This 10.8 Mile moderately difficult hike starts at 7:30 a.m. (shuttle departs at 6:50 a.m.). You’ll gain 3,680 feet in elevation as you approach the summit. Fee is $50.
Double Summit: Carr Peak and Miller Peak (9,465 feet)
This 15 mile difficult to very difficult hike starts at 6:15 a.m. (shuttle departs at 5:30 a.m.). Hikers must reach Bathtub Spring by noon in order to complete the challenge. Fee is $75.
Elite Triple Summit: Carr and Miller Peaks, plus Pat Scott ( 8,517 feet)
This 18.1 mile hike is very difficult to most difficult, and suited for extreme athletes. The hike starts at 5.00 a.m. (shuttle departs at 4:20 a.m.). Hikers will gain 5,146 feet in elevation, and must reach Bear Saddle by 1.00 p.m. in order to complete the challenge. Limited to the first 50 challengers. Fee is $100.
